Airport Shuttle Bus

• Services points of interest in Suvarnabhumi Airport using 2 routes (Ordinary and Express)
• Provides services free of charge for passengers and staff in the airport
• Terminus at the Public Transportation Center

Service is provided for the personnel and passengers traveling between the public transportation centre, the long term parking area and the passenger terminal complex.

Ordinary Route A is for passengers who park their cars at the long term parking area. There are approximately 9 pick-up points along the journey. The trip from the parking area to the terminal takes approximately 11 minute, and the return trip 16 minutes.

Ordinary Route B is for passenger traveling between the terminal and the public transportation center. There are approximately 8 pick-up places along the journey. The trip from public transportation center takes approximately 20 minutes, and the return trip 10 minutes.

Express Route 1 (drop off level 4) and 2 (drop off level 2) are for people who want to minimize the traveling time. The distance will be 8.7 kilometers. The starting point is at the public transportation center and there is only one pick-up point at the long term parking area. One round trips takes approximately 20 minutes

• Fees calculated from the meter plus 50 THB. Service charge authorize by the Department of Transportation. Tool ways and Expressway fees excluded.

Car Rental

24-Hour Service

• Vendors: AVIS, Hertz, Budget and Rental Car Association
• Rental Car Offices are located at the Public Transportation Center
• For services, contact the counters located in the Baggage Reclaim Hall near Exit A,B and C on the 2 nd floor of the Passenger Terminal Complex and also at the Public Transportation Center .
• Collect and Return the vehicles to the Public Transportation Center.

Airport Express Buses

Operate between 05:00 – 24:00 daily.

• The Service are available on platform level-1 of the terminal complex for departure to Bangkok, and platform level-4 for arrival from Bangkok.
• Ticket price is at 150 baht/person/trip without extra change for Express way, available at the airport-express counters only.

Operate between 06:00 – 21:00 daily.

• All the bus services operating along all routes will drop off airport passenger at the public transportation center.
• Take Shuttle Bus (free of charge) at Level 2 or 4 at Entrance 3, 6 and 9 to the Public Transportation Center.
• Purchase ticket at BMTA sales counter at the Public Transportation Center.

Intercity Bus available at Public Transportation Center

(Service time 6 a.m. - 9 p.m.) Services by Transport Company Limited Counter.

• Take Shuttle Bus (free of charge) at Level 2 or 4 at Entrance 3,6 and 9 to the Public Transportation Center and Contact Intercity Bus Counter.
• Fare are collected according to destinations, tickets are available at Public Transportation Center.

Airport Link

The construction of the City Airport Terminal in Makkasan and a 28.6 km high-speed rail link to the new airport started in July 2005 and are planned for completion in November 2007, although this deadline, too, seems unlikely to be met. The airport express, informally known as the Pink Line and operated jointly with SRT's planned Red Line commuter service, will connect with the BTS Sukhumvit Line and MRT Blue Line at Phaya Thai and Phetchaburi stations respectively, offering airport-bound passengers a fast 15-minute limited stop journey from the city

- A Ticket Issuing Machine (TIM) requires 5 or 10 Baht coins. Change can be obtained at any BTS Station Ticket Office. (Machines only give change in 5 Baht coins)

- Use the Fare Information Chart and the BTS Route Map to note your present location (yellow symbol) and your destination station. The number in the circle at the destination station represents the zone you are traveling to. Note the fare in the adjacent fare chart.

• Integrated Ticketing Machine (ITM)
  Receiving both coins and banknotes.

- An Integrated Ticketing Machine (ITM) receives 20, 50, 100 Baht banknotes or 5 or 10 Baht coins. Change can be obtained at any BTS Station Ticket Office. (Machines only give change in 5 Baht coins)
